For clients with large OfficeLink+ deployment or clients who want to complement their internal IT resources, Support+ is provided as part of a total OfficeLink+ solution. This means that dedicated professional OfficeLink+ staff are available to answer your questions or make configuration changes at your request. And if any unusual traffic is detected on your network then you are immediately notified and a pre-agreed emergency response plan is initiated. Harmful applications, malicious intruders, computer viruses and worms are no longer permitted to compromise your private network undetected.
A Support+ package can actually save you money on support. This is because Support+ bundled support comes at a substantial discount compared to Help Desk call charges. Support+ requires a minimum of 2 hours per month of bundled support. Any hours in excess of the bundled amount are then charged at the normal hourly rate. And with Support+ the OfficeLink+ operations centre will take your general inquiries during extended working hours. In addition to normal OfficeLink+ operations centre support, Support+ can be extended to provide on-site support at any of your locations in Australia. And because we guarantee all our work, Support+ can be extended even further to include detailed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
